Product description
This OEM-style upper front backrest cover is made for the BMW 2 Series G42 / 3 Series G20 / M3 G80 / M4 G82 / M8 F91 F92 F92 / X3M F97 / X4M F98 in carbon fibre. It swaps factory interior trim for exposed carbon. It keeps the factory shape, just in exposed carbon. We confirm fitment against your VIN before we order.
The part is prepreg (dry) carbon fibre rather than wet-laid carbon, formed in a CNC-machined aluminium mould developed from 3D scans. The result is a light, stiff part with a tight fit and an even weave.
Installation
It fits with the supplied hardware where included. For a more permanent fit you may need extra fasteners, sold separately. For the best result, have it fitted by a professional. We fit parts like this at our Stepney workshop; contact us to book.
