1. About these terms

These terms apply when you order from SL Autowerkes (ABN registered workshop, Stepney, Adelaide) through this website or by enquiry. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Order-in model

Parts are ordered in from suppliers after your order is confirmed. Typical lead time is one to two weeks from confirmed order to dispatch. Lead times are estimates and may vary with supplier stock and freight schedules. We will advise you promptly if delays arise.

3. Fitment verification

SL Autowerkes verifies vehicle fitment before ordering. Fitment advice is based on the vehicle details, registration number, or VIN you supply. It is your responsibility to provide accurate vehicle information. We are not liable for delays or mismatches caused by incorrect or incomplete vehicle details supplied at enquiry.

4. Pricing and freight

Prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Freight for smaller parts is shown at checkout. Freight for large or heavy parts is quoted and approved by you before dispatch. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract forms when we confirm your order and fitment, and accept payment or deposit. We may decline or cancel an order if a part is unavailable, a price error has occurred, or fitment cannot be verified.

6. Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are supplied by manufacturers and are as accurate as our suppliers allow. Manufacturer specifications may change without notice. Performance figures quoted are manufacturer claims; SL Autowerkes does not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

7. Installation

Unless expressly included, prices do not cover installation. Parts installed by third parties are installed at the installer's and owner's risk. We recommend professional installation by a qualified workshop.

8. Motorsport and off-road use

Some parts are intended for motorsport or off-road use only and may not be legal for use on public roads in your state or territory. It is the owner's responsibility to check local regulations before ordering and installing.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SL Autowerkes' liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the purchase price of the parts concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
