Product description
This is the Zaero Designs EVO-1 Full Body Kit for BMW 1 Series F40 (Pre-LCI) 2020-2023. The full body kit gives the car a more aggressive look while following its factory lines. It's made to fit like a factory part, so fitting is straightforward.
It's moulded in UV-resistant gloss black ABS, and designed and made in Germany.
In this package, you will receive the following:
- EVO-1 Front Lip/Splitter for BMW 1 Series F40 (Pre-LCI) 2020-2023
- EVO-1 Side Splitter for BMW 1 Series F40 (Pre-LCI) 2020-2023

EVO-1 Rear Diffuser
- Dual Exit Version (128ti or M135i X Drive)
- Single Exit Version (118i M Sport)
This package includes one rear diffuser only.

Vehicle Fitment
Fits:

This part will only fit cars equipped with the factory M-Sport package from BMW.
Installation
It fits using the supplied hardware. Zaero parts are plug-and-play: they fit like factory parts, so you don't have to remove extra body panels.
Professional fitting is recommended. Book it in with us at Stepney and we'll fit it for you.

Before you paint or fit it
When it arrives, check the label on the packaging matches the part you ordered, and test-fit it before painting or fitting. We can't accept a return or warranty claim once a part has been altered or is no longer in new, resalable condition.

What are the estimated delivery times?
Typical delivery is 1 to 2 weeks for air freight sourced directly from verified European and international manufacturers. Active consignment tracking is maintained throughout transit until parts arrive at our Stepney workshop for collection, workshop installation, or dispatch to your door.
Can I pick up or have parts installed locally?
Yes. Free local collection is available from our Stepney workshop facility in Adelaide. We also offer professional in-house fitting, alignment, and calibration by European platform technicians. Simply select "Supply and fit at Stepney" when submitting your enquiry.
What happens if fitment is uncertain?
Our workshop technicians cross-reference manufacturer technical schematics, platform codes (such as S58, B58, S63TU), and your vehicle registration or VIN before placing the order. If there are model-year variations, aftermarket modifications, or clearance concerns, our team confirms compatibility with you and the supplier prior to commitment.
