Product description
Project Gamma's chiller uses the car's own air conditioning to pull heat out of the charge cooling circuit on the S55 F80 M3 and F82/F83 M4. Cooler intake air lets the engine hold boost and timing for longer, especially on hot Adelaide days and back-to-back runs, while the cabin A/C keeps working as normal.
There are two versions depending on build date, before or after 1 July 2019, so tell us your car's production date or VIN and we'll order the right kit. It installs without cutting or drilling, and we can fit it at our Stepney workshop.

Important Refrigerant Notice
After installing the Project Gamma Chiller System, the A/C system must be fully recovered and evacuated, then recharged with R-134a refrigerant, regardless of the vehicle's original A/C refrigerant type or the chiller option purchased.

What are the estimated delivery times?
Typical delivery is 1 to 2 weeks for air freight sourced directly from verified European and international manufacturers. Active consignment tracking is maintained throughout transit until parts arrive at our Stepney workshop for collection, workshop installation, or dispatch to your door.
Can I pick up or have parts installed locally?
Yes. Free local collection is available from our Stepney workshop facility in Adelaide. We also offer professional in-house fitting, alignment, and calibration by European platform technicians. Simply select "Supply and fit at Stepney" when submitting your enquiry.
What happens if fitment is uncertain?
Our workshop technicians cross-reference manufacturer technical schematics, platform codes (such as S58, B58, S63TU), and your vehicle registration or VIN before placing the order.
