Product description
Project Gamma's charge cooler upgrade is built for BMW's S68 twin-turbo V8, used in the G90 M5, G99 M5 Touring, G70/G73 7 Series, the LCI X5, X6 and X7, the X5 M and X6 M, and the XM. A larger-capacity core keeps intake temperatures lower and more stable under boost, which matters most for tuned cars, track days and hot weather.
It doesn't fit the older F90 M5 with the S63 engine, so send us your VIN and we'll confirm your car before ordering. We can fit it at our Stepney workshop.
⚠️ Important Fitment Note
This charge cooler is specifically designed for BMW G-Series S68 engines.
It is NOT compatible with the F90 M5 and is not interchangeable with the F90 charge cooler.
The G-Series (G90/G99/G70/G73/G05/G06/G07/G09) uses a different design, different mounting points, and different internal flow structure compared to the F90/S63 variant.

What are the estimated delivery times?
Typical delivery is 1 to 2 weeks for air freight sourced directly from verified European and international manufacturers. Active consignment tracking is maintained throughout transit until parts arrive at our Stepney workshop for collection, workshop installation, or dispatch to your door.
Can I pick up or have parts installed locally?
Yes. Free local collection is available from our Stepney workshop facility in Adelaide. We also offer professional in-house fitting, alignment, and calibration by European platform technicians. Simply select "Supply and fit at Stepney" when submitting your enquiry.
What happens if fitment is uncertain?
Our workshop technicians cross-reference manufacturer technical schematics, platform codes (such as S58, B58, S63TU), and your vehicle registration or VIN before placing the order.
